Welcome to the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association (OLCA)!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of OLCA. By joining, you become part of a statewide network of landscape professionals committed to advancing the industry, supporting one another, and strengthening the communities we serve.

OLCA works on behalf of Oregon's landscape industry through advocacy, education, workforce development, networking opportunities, and industry promotion. Whether you are a business owner, industry supplier, or landscape professional, your membership helps ensure a strong and vibrant future for our profession.

We invite you to join your colleagues across Oregon and become an active part of the industry's continued success. Together, we can make a greater impact than any of us can alone.

By applying for membership in OLCA, you agree to abide by the Association's bylaws and support its mission, objectives, and principles.

Select An Option

An entity or corporation engaged in providing products or services to the landscape industry. Associate members are not landscape contractors as defined by ORS 671.510-671.690. Each entity or corporation will be represented with one vote.

Select Level

An entity or corporation engaged in the landscape maintenance profession but who do not require a license as defined by ORS 671.540. Landscape maintenance members are not landscape contractors as defined by ORS 671.510-671.690. Employees of current maintenance members may also become maintenance members, with one vote per individual member.

Select Level

Individuals, partnerships or corporations who are licensed as defined by ORS.671.510-671.690, and are actively engaged in the landscape contracting profession. Employees of current regular members may also become regular members, with one vote per individual member.

Any government agency, school or entity whose primary support is from tax revenues may become a member of the association upon approval of the board of directors. Public agency members may not hold office or vote. Public Agency Members shall pay dues.

Any individual employed by an accredited community college, university or other educational institution offering horticultural programs pertaining to the landscape industry. Academic members shall not have voting rights.

Any individual undergraduate or graduate student enrolled a minimum of six (6) credit hours per term in an accredited community college, university or other educational institution offering horticultural programs pertaining to the landscape industry. Student members must provide proof of current enrollment status upon application and renewal. Student members shall not have voting rights.
